This notice explains how HONOURVEIL handles the email address you give us when you join the pre-launch list.
Who is responsible
HONOURVEIL is the data controller for this list.
What we collect and why
Only your email address, plus a record of the consent you gave (the wording, its version and the time you agreed). We use it to send you HONOURVEIL news and first-release updates. We do not collect your name or store your IP address.
Lawful basis
Consent. You gave it by ticking the marketing box, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything we sent beforehand.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw consent, or until the pre-launch list is no longer needed — whichever comes first. We do not sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, restrict how we use it, or object to its use. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send will carry an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to be removed from the list.
